My name is Paul Matylonek
Thanks for visiting! I’m glad you’re here. The pandemic truly changed the way we think about work and how to achieve goals.
I am someone with strong management history as an admissions / enrollment director for profit and non profit organizations. I am pivoting toward full-range services in training, online course development and content. This underscores my strong skillsets in project management, team management, business intelligence or data analysis, marketing, sales and teaching. All this helps me move organizations to work remotely in a world challenged to rethink how to get their work done.
I have developed an expertise for database management using customer relationship management (CRM) software and teaching it. The principles of andragogy firmly observed for the best training and managing scenarios. I have managed call centers and admissions teams with results for multiple organizations – large and small: 100% of individual and team budget goals were met consistently with year to year growth.
The bottom line is that I like to create things whether it is a new training course or it is an inspired people-centered culture in which a team can perform for top organizational goals!

Also, I’m proud of my family history! Be sure to check out Gawel History under the stories tab. I am intrigued by history and the reason why event occur and re-occur, and so it is a hobby to research and fill in the blanks as time fades into history.
